Mastery is for candidates who are more than one CEFR level below their target, or who are preparing for C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency and need depth beyond what a shorter programme provides.

The Roadmap translates your diagnostic data into a structured plan — your CEFR profile against your target exam requirements, a skill-by-skill gap analysis, a recommended preparation sequence, and a timeline estimate tied to your exam date. It is specific to your performance, not a generic schedule.

A 30-minute one-to-one session with your instructor, scheduled after your Roadmap is delivered. Your instructor walks through the plan, confirms your priorities, and answers your questions directly. This is not a sales call — it is a working session built around your data.
After the call
You leave with a written Roadmap document, a clear recommendation on which programme — if any — fits your situation and timeline, and a realistic picture of what your preparation requires. The €79 you paid is credited in full to your programme enrolment within 30 days.

The €79 covers the Writing and Speaking components of the diagnostic — both of which require personal review by a Fluensys instructor. Your Writing task is read and scored against exam-specific marking criteria. Your Speaking recording is assessed for fluency, lexical range, grammatical accuracy, and pronunciation. You receive a written Proficiency Report covering 8 dimensions, plus a 30-minute Roadmap Call with your instructor to go through the results.
The Skills Check takes approximately 45 minutes and gives you an immediate score. If you upgrade to the Proficiency Profile, the Writing and Speaking tasks add roughly 30 to 40 minutes. Your instructor then reviews and returns your full report within 24 hours. The Roadmap Call is scheduled at a time that works for you.
The €79 is not refunded — it is credited to your programme enrolment. If you enrol in any Sprint, Breakthrough, or Mastery programme within 30 days of completing your Proficiency Profile, the full €79 is deducted from your programme fee.
The Proficiency Report is a written document delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of submitting your Writing and Speaking tasks. It covers eight assessed dimensions — Reading accuracy, Listening accuracy, Use of English accuracy, Writing task completion, Writing language range, Speaking fluency, Speaking accuracy, and overall CEFR level estimate. Each dimension carries a numeric score alongside written instructor commentary based on your actual submission, not a template. The report also includes your estimated exam band for your target certification, a readiness verdict relative to your exam timeline, and your personalised Roadmap — a structured study plan built from your diagnostic data. This document is the starting point for your Roadmap Call and stays with you throughout your preparation.
The Roadmap Call is a 30-minute one-to-one session with your Fluensys instructor, included with the Proficiency Profile. You go through your results together, discuss your exam timeline, and receive a clear recommendation on which programme — if any — fits your situation. There is no sales pressure. If the data suggests you are ready, your instructor will tell you.
Yes. The Skills Check is free and gives you an immediate score across Reading, Listening, and Use of English. If you want to add Writing and Speaking review after seeing your initial results, you can upgrade to the Proficiency Profile using the access code sent to your email. The upgrade is available for 30 days after completing the free check.
