Fluensys provides English language exam preparation services, including online diagnostic assessments, structured preparation programmes, and related educational content. Services are aimed at adult professionals, university-level candidates, and school-aged students preparing for internationally recognised English language certifications.

Where you submit content through the diagnostic tool or any intake form — including written responses and voice recordings — you confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant Fluensys a limited licence to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the diagnostic service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the Fluensys diagnostic tool — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment items, scoring frameworks, CEFR calibration methodology, software code, and the overall design and structure of the service — is the intellectual property of Fluensys or its licensors, and is protected under Spanish and European intellectual property law.

The name Fluensys, the associated logotype, and any other brand identifiers used in connection with the service are protected trade names. Use of these identifiers without the prior written consent of Fluensys is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nature of the Diagnostic Service

The Fluensys Skills Check and Proficiency Profile are diagnostic and indicative tools. Results provide an estimate of language readiness based on performance at the time of the assessment and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular outcome in a formal certification examination. Fluensys accepts no liability for any decision made by a user on the basis of diagnostic results alone.

Accuracy of Content

Fluensys takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is free from error at all times. Information relating to examination formats, certification requirements, and registration procedures is provided for guidance only. Users are advised to verify current requirements directly with the relevant examination body.

Technical Availability

Fluensys does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or diagnostic tool. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or causes outside our control. Fluensys accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from inability to access the service.

Third-Party Services

Fluensys uses third-party platforms to deliver elements of its service, including Supabase (data storage), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payment processing), Cal.com (appointment booking), and Squarespace (website hosting). Where a material change affects a programme a student has already enrolled in and paid for, Fluensys will provide reasonable advance notice and, where applicable, offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with the terms of the relevant enrolment agreement.

Fluensys also reserves the right to refuse access to the website or services to any user who violates these terms of use, without prior warning.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and any dispute arising from the use of the Fluensys website or digital services is governed by Spanish law, and in particular by:

For disputes with consumers resident in the European Union, the courts of the defendant's place of domicile will have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. For all other disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of BARCELONA, SPAIN, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
