Standard (from 16 June)Total: €450 · Deposit: €225 · Balance: €225
Balance dueBefore 29 June 2026

Failure to pay the balance by 29 June 2026 may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reserved place, at Fluensys's discretion.

Payment is processed via Stripe. Fluensys does not store card details. Prices include applicable taxes.

Intake Diagnostic

An intake diagnostic is sent automatically following deposit confirmation. The diagnostic covers receptive skills (Reading, Use of English, Listening) and includes a written task and a speaking recording. It is used exclusively to confirm cohort placement — it is not a public assessment and results are not shared externally.

The diagnostic is included in the programme fee. There is no additional charge.

The diagnostic must be completed within the window specified in the email you receive. Failure to complete the diagnostic by the specified deadline may result in a placement delay or, in exceptional cases, forfeiture of the reserved place without refund of the deposit. If you are unable to meet the deadline for any reason, contact hello@fluensys.es as soon as possible.

Your diagnostic submission is reviewed by your instructor. Your written task and speaking recording are stored securely and accessed only by Fluensys for the purpose of placement and instruction. See Section 8 for full details.

Cohort Placement

Final cohort assignment (morning or afternoon) is confirmed by your instructor following review of your diagnostic. You will receive your cohort and session schedule before 29 June 2026.

Track selection (Track 1 or Track 2) is confirmed by the diagnostic. If your diagnostic results indicate that the track you selected is not appropriate for your current level, Fluensys will contact you to discuss the right option before requesting full payment. You will not be placed in an unsuitable track without your agreement.

If your diagnostic score falls below the minimum threshold for either track, Fluensys will recommend a 1:1 programme as an alternative and will discuss options with you directly. In this case, any deposit paid will be applied to the alternative programme or refunded in full at your election.

Attendance Policy

The bootcamp is a daily group programme. Each session is a scheduled live event with a fixed cohort of up to 6 students.

There are no make-up sessions. If you miss a session for any reason, that session cannot be rescheduled, replayed, or substituted. The group programme format does not permit individual catch-up arrangements.

You are expected to attend every scheduled session. Consistent absence will affect your progress and your ability to benefit from the programme. Fluensys does not offer partial refunds for sessions missed by the student.

If Fluensys cancels a session for any reason, a replacement session will be scheduled or a pro-rata credit applied.

Technical requirements

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@fluensys.es within the applicable window. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Cambridge Exam Registration

Exam registration support is included in the bootcamp fee. Fluensys will facilitate your Cambridge examination registration on your behalf where you wish to sit the exam in July or Autumn 2026.

The Cambridge examination fee (approximately €205) is not included in the bootcamp fee. This fee is paid by you and reimbursed to Fluensys, who then registers you directly with the examination board. You will be invoiced separately for this amount when registration is initiated.

Exam date availability is subject to the examination board's schedule and seat availability. Fluensys cannot guarantee a specific exam date or location. Registration support is an administrative facilitation — Fluensys is not responsible for examination board decisions, result outcomes, or changes to examination schedules.

If you do not wish to use Fluensys's registration support, you may register independently. This will not affect your participation in the bootcamp.
